It’s the season to celebrate graduates – from kindergarteners stepping up to first grade, middle schoolers moving on to high school, high school graduates going off to college, to college grads looking to start their careers. It’s an exciting time for them and a moment of pride for those who have encouraged and supported them over the years.
Providing a loved one with the educational foundation they need to succeed in life is one of the greatest gifts we can give. It’s a true living legacy.
As a financial advisor, knowing that comprehensive financial planning helps make graduations possible and opens the doors of opportunity is immensely rewarding. It is one of the many reasons I love what I do.
So, for those of you who have a family member who is celebrating a graduation this spring, I send my warmest congratulations. If you’re willing to share, I’d love to see pictures of the big day!
I truly enjoy working with families to plan for college. If you think of anyone who might want an assessment of their current plan to ensure they’re on track, I’d be happy to review it with them and provide guidance if needed.
Here's to the graduates of this season! As Benjamin Franklin said, “An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest”.
